We will ship to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin
Islands and FPO/APO addresses as well. It is also possible
to ship to Canada, provided that UPS has accessible via UPS
standard service. All other international address will not
be shipped to. The shipping carrier used will be at our discretion.
UPS is our primary carrier, but certain locations will require
us to ship via USPS.
All FPO/APO, Guam or the US Virgin Islands will be shipped
via USPS. Please select standard shipping when placing your
order. Calculating Cost Shipping costs for orders from BboyCrumbs.com
depend upon the method and option you choose. If you choose
to group items into as few shipments as possible, you'll be
charged for one regular per-shipment fee, as well as a per-item
fee for each item in that shipment. If you choose to ship
items as soon as they become available, we'll charge you full
per-shipment fees for each shipment as well as a per-item
fee for each item. Please also note that the shipping rates
for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies
of the shipping carriers we use, all weights will be rounded
up to the next full pound.
Abnormal Shipping Charges
Due to unexpected malfunctions that may occur on our website,
BboyCrumbs.com reserves the right to make corrections to customer
orders after they are placed. With the permission of the customer,
BboyCrumbs.com may also make additional changes to a customer’s
credit card after and order has been placed.
Damaged Shipments
BboyCrumbs.com makes sure to package each order as well as
possible to prevent any damages occuring during transport.
Unfortunately, there will be the occasional damaged item.
When shipping damage occurs please make sure
that you do not dispose of the original shipping container
or any of the packing material. If the original box and packaging
materials are not provided, we will not be able to file a
claim for your product and you would not be able to get your
item replaced. Please pack the damaged item back up as you
received it and contact us immediately via email at, support@BboyCrumbs.com.
Make sure that you include a detailed description of the damage
to the item, as well as a description of the package if there
is any damage to the carton.
Once you have notified us of the damage we
will start a claim with the shipping carrier. A representative
from that carrier should soon get in contact with you after
in order to review your package. Once confirmed, we will be
able to ship out your replacement.
Refusing Shipment
If customers refuses shipment of an order there will be a
minimum 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are NON-Refundable.
This applies to all packages that are shipped back to us if
the customer refuses the package, is not available for several
days for delivery or the provided address is not correct.
If this is the scenario, the customer will be responsible
for all shipping charges.
If the customer decides not to have the item
reshipped, they will charged with a 20% restocking fee.
BboyCrumbs.com will not pay for any fees
for refused shipments from Canada. All Canadian customers
that refuse shipments will not receive refunds for the items
shipped. |
